We were in need of our lentil above the garage to be replaced and we had a difficult time finding anyone to do the work. Our bricks above our garage were failing due to improper installation from the original construction in 1994. We were referred to Zack and we were pleasantly surprised. He gave us a reasonable quote and was very attentive and communicated well as far as demo days and subcontract repair work (Ace Handyman in New Braunfels). KQC was an excellent experience to work with. When you have a large renovation job like we did including foundation, flooring, paint, exterior paint and more it can be a little nerve-racking to work with some contractors. Not KQC though. Not only were they on time every day and completed the work they said they would that day, I got daily reports with pictures and a description of what was completed including what was to be done the next day. I think that would be a great feature for anyone but considering I was 3 hours away from this rental property it was a game changer. I appreciate it that the owner was on site regularly and could specifically answer questions I had about the project. When I would show up to see the progress it was even better than what the update pictures showed. And once all the work was done and we did a walk through and I pointed out things I'd like to see touched up it was done within 36 hours. It's important to acknowledge the price that was charged, and although I was apprehensive when I was getting quotes the work that was done was more than fair for the price of the total renovation. KQ Construction is a top quality General Contractor in the NB region.  They show up when appointments are made and the quality of their workmanship is top notch.  They are polite, respectful of the homeowner(Us) and kept us fully updated on the status of our build.  They propmptly informed us of any unexpected delays that popped up.  We were completely satisfied with the job KQ did on our NB home.  We couldn’t have been more pleased with the company and their crew. I had a very positive experience with Kluevers Quality Construction. I asked them to remodel (fix) a bathroom that another contractor did a very poor job on. Zack listened to our issues, offered insight, and assembled a team of subcontractors who did a really great job. Highlights of my experience were: - Excellent communication. At no point did I feel in the dark about the process. Also, I didn't have to talk to any of the subs. Zack handled it, including call backs to ensure the job was done correctly. - Speedy completion. We took a short trip to give KQC time to get the job done, and they completed it within a few days of our return. - On-budget. There were no overages or adjustments on our estimate, except where we requested a change-order. Highly recommended!
